AIQ Skilling Institute Ltd is a Ugandan owned entity, with women as the majority shareholders Its primary focus is the provision of unique skills that would set individuals, and especially young women apart and earn them a decent living Our goal is to break the gender stereotypes and equip youths and women with a skillset for social economic growth and transformation Our courses are carefully, and expert selected to meet the growing demand of skilled workforce in the various sectors of the economy, but with specific emphasis on the construction industry The curriculum is tailored to benefit all classes of individuals, from semi-literate to the literate and high school graduates. We are currently accredited with Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT)

A qualified Social Worker, passionate about girls and youth rights and empowerment. Her niche is in Reusable Pad Production and offering psychosocial support to vulnerable individuals

Kabagenyi Sylivia

A graduate of Business with numerous trainings in marketing, Sylivia is an entrepreneur and is passionate about plants, landscaping, and women empowerment She is the head of operations and marketing.
